We had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Rene van Hell, Member of the Board of Directors and Director responsible for Mongolia at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

During the meeting, Mr. van Hell provided a concise overview of the bank’s current operations in Mongolia and outlined its future plans. He also expressed his positive sentiments regarding the establishment of the administration for the Khushigiin Khundii Free Zone.

The strategic development plan for the Khushigiin Khundii Economic Free Zone was presented, and potential avenues for collaboration were explored. The EBRD committed to reviewing the technical assistance options, long-term financing possibilities, and the projects proposed by the Free Zone in coordination with their team.
